Enquiry emails and other communications are stored securely and only kept for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or provide training or consultancy services. Where training files are created, these are secured on protected drives and maintained until such requests for deletion are received. Generally, training records are retained for seven (7) years unless a request for deletion is specifically received.

• Request deletion of your information, where appropriate

Ward ADT reserves the right on which information to disclose, specifically in the event of any sub-contract work or consultancy provided which may be protected by formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) or other law.
